Team riding is a time honored way of using mounted interaction with precise movements to train both the rider and horse in all-round horse mastership. Team riding can have any number of participants and can include individual rides and /or quadrille. By default it also teaches life skills of cooperation and time consciousness and management. Team riding at it simplest is one horse/ one rider and then is expanded to consider them a unit. A Pair is two horses and two riders. Quadrille is four or more horse rider units, to move that into discourse the horse and rider unit is implied and a Quadrille is a team of four or more.
